We’re hiring a B2B Digital Demand Marketing Specialist to join us. You’ll support our B2B efforts with focus on B2B audiences, owning critical pieces of digital activation, content enablement, and campaign governance. As a B2B Demand Marketing Specialist in EMEA, you’ll be deeply involved in bringing our campaigns to life, from tactical media activation to content adaptation, reporting, and process development. You’ll collaborate with regional marketing teams, demand audience leads, and media agencies, and play an active role in shaping how client’s shows up across digital touchpoints. Over time, you'll be able to lead your own campaigns, test new channels, and influence strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Channel Execution & Optimization: Support strategy, planning, and execution of digital media buys (e.g. display, paid social, programmatic) focused on lead generation and pipeline goals. Work with Demand Managers to embed digital channels into holistic customer journeys. Identify optimization opportunities (budget shifts, creative tests, targeting tweaks) to improve campaign metrics (CPL, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Content & Asset Enablement: Localise, adapt, and map marketing assets to specific campaigns, segments, or regions. Collaborate with regional marketing and the creative studio to ensure assets are relevant, on-brand, and optimized for digital usage (file formats, messaging alignment, sizing).
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Input into the overall reporting requirements in weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings by producing informative reports and presentations that track campaign health and KPIs. Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and media agencies. Work with marketing operations / analytics teams to integrate campaign planning into the broader marketing cadence.
  • Governance, Templates & Best Practices: Maintain campaign templates, checklists, and playback frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across initiatives. Document and share campaign best practices and lessons learned so the team can scale smarter.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Must-have: 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a related function (B2B, SaaS, or complex organizations preferred). Hands-on experience activating digital campaigns (e.g. display, paid social, programmatic) with real accountability for results. Comfort with analyzing campaign performance data, building reports, and making optimisation recommendations. Experience working with marketing automation, analytics platforms, or tag management solutions. Solid project management skills: you can handle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines. Strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally with regional teams, agencies, and internal partners. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, regional marketing and agencies.
  • Nice-to-have / Bonus: Familiarity with Client’s Creative product offerings. Previous exposure in a global or matrixed organisation. Understanding of localization / adaptation challenges across EMEA markets.
