Client: is a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) committed to helping people live better, healthier lives.

Location: Swindon

Work model: on site

Working hours: early, late and night shift

Contract: 6 months fixed term contract

The client is currently recruiting for a QC Analyst to join the Swindon team.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the 5S methodology within QC
  • Managing QC metrics and compliance activities including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
  • Writing and reviewing SOPs and technical reports (COAs, cleaning certificates, validation protocols, etc.)
  • Ensuring adherence to data integrity and regulatory requirements across all lab systems
  • Staying current with industry innovations in particle size technology
  • Lead assigned onboarding and activation workstreams, ensuring readiness for fund launches and smooth transition to business-as-usual operations

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Required:

  • Holds a degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline, or has equivalent industry experience
  • Brings hands-on experience in cGXP lab environments
  • Has working knowledge of HPLC Empower, method development, troubleshooting, and validation
  • Familiar with particle size technologies (preferred)
  • Experienced in investigations, SOP writing, and documentation for regulatory compliance
  • Comfortable training junior team members and collaborating across departments
