We are looking for an experienced Transport Consultant to support transportation and outbound logistics operations across the EMEA region. This role will focus on transportation process consulting, operational support, SAP-enabled logistics execution, and transformation initiatives within a global supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with Logistics Operations, IT teams, Managed Services, and business stakeholders to support process improvements, issue resolution, standardisation, and system enhancements across transportation and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for transportation and outbound logistics processes
  • Support transportation operations, logistics execution, and supply chain process improvements
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to resolve operational and system-related issues
  • Support SAP-enabled logistics and transportation management processes
  • Participate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across EMEA operations
  • Support testing activities including UAT, integration testing, cutover, and hypercare
  • Deliver user support, process documentation, and training where required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • Support process standardisation and operational efficiency initiatives using Lean methodologies
  • Assist in identifying process gaps, enhancement opportunities, and system improvements
