The Configuration Expert/Senior OT Engineer will support the Enterprise Control Centre (ECC) business-critical Operational Technology (OT) Real-Time Systems (RTS). The primary focus is maintaining, configuring, and upgrading the GE PowerOn ADMS, data historian, and SCADA simulation systems to monitor and control electrical networks.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Maintenance: Design, build, configure, test, and deliver OT real-time system application upgrades and changes, specifically for GE PowerOn.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for GE PowerOn ADMS, data historian, and SCADA simulation, handling day-to-day operational issues.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all system changes comply with OT security best practices, including NIS, CAF, and IEC 62443 standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the health and performance of the systems, ensuring changes are formally managed and incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work with support engineering, project engineering, and control room teams to deliver enhancements and support.
