The Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experience contingent workforce specialist to provide hands-on operational support for an upcoming merger and acquisition (M&A) event.

The specialist will be responsible for assessing, organising and managing contingent workforce-related activities, helping to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

  • The role is highly operational and requires strong attention to detail, excellent data management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders.

What You Will Do

  • M&A Workforce Assessment and Data Management and Operational Tasks
  • Gather and validate data for contingent workers moving over from entity.
  • Maintain accurate data trackers.
  • Help support due diligence activities and respond to data requests.
  • Co-ordinate with Contingent Lead to work with suppliers on worker status and classification.
  • Help support migration of workers into HRIS or VMS tracking system.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as updating worker records, monitoring compliance documentation and tracking renewal dates.
  • Provide high-touch, customised support for sensitive or critical workforce issues.
  • Working with MSP for complaint set up of workers transitioning over.
  • Co-ordinating CW orientations.
  • Weekly status and summaries and issue logs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • Help review worker classifications, tenure and market rate data.
  • Help identify compliance gaps and escalate risks to Contingent Lead
  • Assist with reviewing current supplier set up and moving to new suppliers or migration to MSP.
  • Help Co-ordinate background checks in line with client’s policy

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of working in contingent operations, MSP/VMS or Supplier management
  • Experience with supporting M&A or organisational transition projects strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Contingent Workforce compliance and workforce classification
  • Excellent Data and Excel reconciliation skills
  • Strong communication, organisation and project co-ordination skills
