A Workday Product Manager is responsible for defining, managing, and optimizing Workday applications (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) to meet business needs. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, HR/Finance teams, IT, and vendors, ensuring the Workday platform delivers maximum value.

  • Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
  • Experience in product management or HRIS/ERP ownership
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Business process design and optimization experience
  • Workday reporting (Advanced, Prism Analytics)
  • Integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs)
  • Data analytics and visualization tools
