Duration: 6 Months
Pay-rate: £428 to 535 per day (PAYE through Umbrella)
Must have skills:
- Experience level 10+ yrs
- Managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs, and facilitating effective communication and decision-making between stakeholders.
- Overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions, continuously gathering feedback and monitoring performance to drive product enhancements.
- Contributing to the development of product roadmaps and strategic planning, serving as the primary point of contact for end-users, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, and monitoring and reporting on key product metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
- Staying current with industry trends and managing and prioritising work in an Agile environment to ensure the team focuses on delivering high-value features.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues.
- Provide clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-user adoption and proficiency.
- Accurately capture and communicate user feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Under supervision, assist in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements.
