Location: London or Manchester - Hybrid/4 days onsite/week

Rate: 492 GBP/Day (Inside IR35)

We are looking for a Marketo Consultant with strong hands-on development capability to support delivery across the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and wider MarTech stack. This role combines functional consulting, hands-on build, and user enablement. You will help design and run marketing automation processes while also building campaigns, assets, and integrations. You will also support train-the-trainer and adoption activities to ensure long-term platform success.

Key responsibilities

  • Configure and support Marketo aligned to campaign and marketing use cases
  • Design and optimise lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and campaign frameworks
  • Build Marketo assets (programmes, smart campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms)
  • Support integrations with CRM, CDP/AEP, and digital channels
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform QA, and support releases
  • Establish standards (naming conventions, templates, governance)
  • Deliver user enablement, training materials, and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Support UAT, adoption, and ongoing platform optimisation

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • Hands-on experience with Marketo (build + configuration)
  • Experience with campaigns, lifecycle, segmentation, and automation workflows
  • Ability to translate business requirements into executable Marketo solutions
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, QA, and governance
  • Good stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or broader Adobe stack
  • Experience integrating with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Basic HTML/CSS for email/landing pages
  • Understanding of APIs and data flows in MarTech environments

Profile

  • 3–6 years’ experience in marketing automation / MarTech
  • Strong hands-on delivery mindset
  • Able to work across both functional and technical aspects
  • Confident delivering training and supporting adoption
