We are currently looking for an experienced Event Planner / Conference Coordinator to support the operational delivery of both virtual and onsite conferences across the UK and internationally.

Please Note: This role is heavily focused on event registrations and conference operations rather than full end-to-end event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage virtual event operations from start to finish including registration setup and management
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on delivery specifications and event execution
  • Support onsite and virtual conferences across multiple international locations
  • Train program partners on registration tools, event technologies, and conference processes
  • Improve attendee engagement and enhance customer experience through innovative event solutions
  • Identify operational efficiencies and workflow improvements across high-volume events
  • Collaborate with global conference teams on process enhancements and best practices
  • Support special projects related to virtual event delivery and workflow optimization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in conference coordination, event operations, or virtual event support
  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
  • Must be local to the Egham office (1 day onsite required weekly)
  • Active passport and willingness to travel internationally
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with virtual event platforms such as Zoom or Webex preferred
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
