We are currently looking for a talented and data-driven professional to join a fast-paced Consumer Growth team supporting a leading global food delivery platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of growth strategy, customer engagement, and large-scale CRM campaigns that reach millions of users across the UK.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across in-app, email, push notifications, and owned channels
  • Coordinate campaign calendars with Marketing, Enterprise, Strategic Accounts, and Operations teams
  • Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns at scale
  • Analyse campaign performance, customer growth metrics, and budget effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and ROI
  • Support acquisition product initiatives and growth strategies
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in CRM, Growth Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or Campaign Management
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large datasets
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and SQL
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and reporting
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Econometrics, or a related field.
