Role Title: ServiceNow Test Manager Clearance: Active SC Clearance Location: Preston, UK | Hybrid - 70% remote, 30% onsite Duration: 3 initial months contract Role Description: The candidate should have experience in the following areas: • Experience operating within SIAM/OI environments and working with ServiceNow ITSM processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB management. • Proven experience supporting Service Transition, conducting Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), readiness assessments and supporting Early Life Support (ELS) activities. • Ability to develop and govern Test Strategies, Test Plans and support Verification
