Role Description:
At a minimum weβll need ServiceNow CSA, and ideally ServiceNow CIS ITAM for any contractors.
Transformation: ServiceNow Architect
β’ Broad IT experience of 12 to 14 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
β’ Minimum 6 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules, 3rd party integrations.
β’ Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules ITSM/ITOM/HR/ ITBM/SPM
β’ Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services
β’ Very good verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
β’ Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Responsibilities
β’ Prepare overall architecture for ITSM implementation using ServiceNow
β’ Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
β’ Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation
β’ This role participates and actively supports business initiatives by building reliable, efficient, scalable and business oriented solutions based on Now platform. They are involved in design and architecture of complex systems on all levels, from legacy migration, through core platform setup, to integrations, automations and orchestrations.
β’ Soft Skills: Management / Leadership
β’ Wide-ranging experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including custom applications and integrations.
β’ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
