Detailed Job Description:
Strong SAP Basis experience - 10+ years of strong SAP Basis experience (hands-on) primarily in SAP AMS with direct client stakeholder management, technically leading a large team both in Implementation and support. Also, should have experience in Technical solutioning for enhancement and Application/DB upgrade projects.
Driving and coordination Daily/Weekly/Monthly Cadence and ad-hoc calls with Client and internal stakeholders.
Technical analysis, Feasibility check, Planning and Co-ordination for all Planned Maintenance Activities in all App, DB and Infra layer including OS patching, component upgrade, Kernel upgrade, Add-on/plug-in installation etc.
Coordination for all planned/unplanned activities through Change management process established by client.
Coordination, Due Diligence and Analysis for all periodic tasks like EWA Analysis, Security Note Implementation, Vulnerabilities, Audit etc.
Define and agree for BAU process, approvals, Comms with Customer.
Troubleshoot and Coordination for any P0/P1 critical incident.
Performance Management - Proactive analysis and improvement plan walkthrough with Customer and other stakeholders.
Large span of working experience to work with various SAP products like SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP BW, SAP PO, BOBJ/BODS, SAP SCM, SAP Java systems, SAP Web-dispatcher, SAP Fiori, SAP SLT, SAP Saas Products like Cloud Connector, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP.
Regular Incident Management, SNOW SR handling, Change Management.
Well-versed with Audit and Vulnerability Management in SAP world.
All SAP Basis Administration in Productive clients (Application layer).
Transport Management System opening/closing request handling and tracking.
Day-to-day support for integration between SAP systems and other existing applications.
Quality Management: perform regular reports and spotchecks.
