We are currently looking for Senior Digital Project Managers to join a major UK organisation on a long-term digital transformation programme.
Location: Porton Down, Salisbury β 3 days/week onsite
Contract: 24 months
Rate: Β£786/day Umbrella | Β£579.09/day PAYE

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality constraints
- Manage day-to-day project delivery, governance, controls, and methodologies
- Coordinate the development and production of Business Cases
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and variances
- Manage project resources and delivery teams
- Lead stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Provide project reporting and support effective governance and decision-making
- Support assurance reviews and gateway processes
- Manage project change and ensure changes are properly documented and agreed
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project teams
- Develop and maintain project plans and performance controls
- Oversee supplier contracts and ensure deliverables are achieved to time, cost, and quality
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience delivering digital projects/programmes
- APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Strong project management experience within a digital environment
- Experience delivering projects to time, cost, and quality
- People leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across project and organisational boundaries
- Strong understanding of project governance, controls, risks, resources, and delivery
Desirable:
- APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ)
- APM Registered Project Professional
- ITIL
- Experience managing and implementing process change
- Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, or other project methodologies
- Commercial awareness
- Experience using project management tools and techniques
