Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist for a critical 2-month contract. You will be instrumental in launching our new asset management program, focusing on structuring and organizing our vast content library across various platforms (Google Drive, SharePoint) to ensure sales professionals have immediate access to relevant, up-to-date materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Management Program: Develop and maintain an asset management database for all enablement content. This includes establishing review points, version control, and clearly assigning ownership across Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams.
- Content Organization: Structure and organize shared content and the online library efficiently within Google Drive and SharePoint.
- Data Management: Apply a programmatic approach to data management within the asset library, utilizing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to understand project priorities and deadlines, ensuring you manage your workload efficiently to meet all project milestones.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and proactively escalate any challenges or delays to maintain project momentum.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Organizational Mindset: A strong organizational mindset with excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Asset Management Experience: Direct experience in marketing and asset management is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a programmatic approach to data management.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
- Work Ethic: Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
