Position Overview
We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialists to join our team on a long-term contract. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in strengthening our sales strategies by capturing the successful methods of our top performers.
This is primarily an interviewing and documentation role, focused on gathering actionable insights to drive our next-generation sales enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Interviews: Execute structured interviews with selected high-performing Sales Representatives (CSEs) following a provided subject matter and question list.
- Elicit Insights: Ask open-ended questions and effectively guide conversations to ensure comprehensive and meaningful responses.
- Meticulous Documentation: Record detailed notes and key takeaways from each interview, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Produce Deliverables: Document the complete output of each conversation accurately and clearly in a Microsoft Word document.
- Collaboration: Work with the Sales Enablement team to manage your workload, meet project milestones, and provide regular progress updates.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid Preference: While 100% remote will be considered, our leadership strongly prefers candidates who are hybrid.
- Hybrid Travel: Hybrid candidates must be able to conduct interviews in person at our Egham and London offices 1-2 times per fortnight (every two weeks).
- No other travel is required.
