Job Opening: Project Coordinator (6-Month Contract) Location: Bathgate, Scotland, EH48 2EH Duration: 6 Months Department: Pharma Solutions – Project Management Team About the Role We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator (Senior Level) to support our dynamic Project Management team. You\’ll work on pharmaceutical and biotech projects, managing timelines, documents, and client coordination to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Depending on your experience, you may: Support Project Managers directly OR lead small, simple projects with limited client interaction Key Responsibilities Track and follow up on project tasks and timelines Communicate with clients and internal teams Prepare project plans and documentation Lead or support meetings, teleconferences, and audits Manage inventory and coordinate with 3rd party depots Monitor and report on client supplies and returns Use systems like JD Edwards, Change Point, and Fusion Suite Mentor junior coordinators Assist in project invoicing and resolve invoice queries Act as client advocate and main point of contact when leading a project Qualifications ~ Education: Science Degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience ~ Preferred Experience: ~1–3 years in customer service or business-related roles ~ Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech industries What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Professional, client-focused attitude Ability to multitask and work collaboratively A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments Why Join Us?
