Job Title: Power Platform Admin Duration: 12 months Location: Manchester or Inverness - 5 days per week mandatory Office-Based Working: This role requires 100% office-based working - 12-hour service window (07:00-19:00 UK time/08:00-20:00 CET). On-Call Support: Participation in a rotational on-call support schedule is required Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows Manage tenant settings, user access, workspace permissions and security controls Enforce Power BI governance standards, compliance requirements, and reporting certification processes. Monitor platform health, capacity utilization, refresh schedules, usage metrics and audit logs. Manage gateways, data source connectivity and troubleshoot performance and refresh issues. Maintain documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and best practices. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Power BI Service administration and governance for both Cloud and Reporting Server. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), access management and security configuration. Knowledge of enterprise governance, compliance and audit requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
