Role Scope
- Balance between hands‑on engineering (CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation) and architectural/lead responsibilities (SFIA 6), with a 60/40 focus on leading the thought and supporting the team, then executing delivery.
Platform Maturity
- Focus on modernising existing platforms and maintaining current environments. Two environments at different stages of maturity.
Technical Environment
- Cloud environment: Hybrid (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- DevSecOps expectations: security tooling and compliance, air‑gapped constraints, ITAR, special access compartment considerations.
- AI/ML integration: core requirement.
