We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the executive.
