We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to the clients across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada. We have an excellent job opportunity for you.

Location: London – 3 days a week

Duration: 12 months

Rate range: GBP 622 per day all inc. (PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end Client HCM Cloud solution architecture
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation modules.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to define solution strategy, roadmap, and governance.
  • Ensure scalable, compliant solutions aligned to UK regulatory and Higher Education requirements.
  • Provide leadership across implementation lifecycle, including design, integration, data migration, and team mentoring.
