Content Designer – Government Gateway (supporting all teams).
- We are looking for a Content Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme – mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.
Core Responsibilities:
- Writing and Editing: Translate dense policy and \"government-speak\" into clear, accessible online content.
- User Focus: Research user needs using data analytics, user research, and usability testing.
- Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, interaction designers, and product managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with subject matter experts and policy teams to ensure accuracy while safeguarding content quality.
