We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to support and maintain software development lab environments that enable software development, testing, and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain lab infrastructure including physical servers, virtual machines, storage, and networking systems
  • Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies
  • Manage Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Support and maintain secure air-gapped systems and networks
  • Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Handle patch management, system hardening, and compliance activities
  • Support engineering teams with lab provisioning and troubleshooting
  • Monitor system performance, storage, and infrastructure health
  • Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and inventories
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and access control standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms and Windows domain administration
  • Strong understanding of backup/recovery solutions and network security principles
  • Experience working with isolated or air-gapped environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
