Job Description:

  • This is a worldwide delivery which other countries have already delivered, preference would be to have a TL that has experience of delivering SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience as a Test Lead in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
  • Experience managing onsite test teams and coordinating with offshore counterparts.
  • Ability to drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively.
  • Hands-on experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Payroll Integration (if applicable), Performance & Goals.
  • Understanding of integration points with SAP HCM/ERP and third-party systems.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, X-Ray.
  • Strong working knowledge of test case design, defect lifecycle, regression testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery models used in enterprise SAP programs.
  • Experience with data migration testing, cutover validation, or change request testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
