Role Title: SAP Success Factors - Test Analyst
Location: Milton Keynes
Duration: 28/02/2027
Rate: £192 per day(PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)
Role Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and user stories to create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Validate configurations and customisations across SuccessFactors solutions (e.g., EC, RCM, LMS, PMGM)
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/ALM and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers during test cycles
- Support UAT coordination, including test planning, execution tracking, and reporting
- Ensure data integrity and validate interfaces with upstream/downstream systems
- Participate in release management and deployment validation
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM, LMS
- Experience in manual testing and familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
- Understanding of HR business processes
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
