Overview
The Senior Manager, Applications GTM Marketing is responsible for developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and field activation programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue across the Applications portfolio. Acting as the link between global strategy and EMEA execution, this role translates product priorities, launches, and industry initiatives into scalable marketing and sales programs that accelerate market adoption and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional GTM strategies and sales plays for the Applications portfolio.
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and support revenue objectives.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, Industry Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Success, PR/Communications, Solution Engineering, and Business Development teams to align and execute marketing initiatives.
- Translate product messaging, value propositions, and corporate priorities into actionable sales and marketing programs.
- Drive field activation initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, and adoption across key industries and market segments.
- Support product launches and strategic industry campaigns within the EMEA region.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize program performance to maximize business impact and ROI.
- Ensure alignment between global marketing strategy and regional market needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in GTM Marketing, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Campaign Management, or Field Marketing within enterprise software organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications and SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate product strategy and messaging into effective sales and marketing programs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with companies such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft, or similar enterprise technology organizations is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international business environment.
