The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Digital GTM expert who is a customer champion, insights driven, and who challenges the status quo to lead transformation in the Business Professionals audience in EMEA. Taking risks, seeking innovation, and executing at scale in this role will be vital, as you will be responsible for maximizing client’s Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR) from Document Cloud products across all surfaces.
A deep knowledge of digital marketing practices across customer segments will serve well as we partner with many internal client teams to lead multi-functional initiatives that drive improved customer experiences, increased new customer acquisition and greater customer retention. This will include partnering with marketing, product and global teams (as well as relevant external agencies) to define, document, and execute against the strategic priorities for the EMEA Digital Media business.
You will provide business critical insights using advanced analysis skills, extract meaningful insights that inform EMEA market roadmaps and programs, and feed into overall corporate strategies. Team members are highly analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done, through positive relationships across the organization. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering on ways to accelerate performance and driving sales conversion tactics across the EMEA region.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse and forecast relevant metrics to understand trends in the business across countries, categories and surfaces, communicating a clear narrative with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Develop business cases that translate into impactful recommendations to drive growth in ARR for client’s Digital Business Professional sales, through the acquisition of net new customers via direct or free-to-paid acquisitions, upgrades and retention of our existing base.
- Obsess over Acrobat and Express customer experience journeys in different regions within EMEA, finding opportunities for improvement and drive multi-functional teams to deliver against long-term customer growth goals.
- Partner with Marketing to establish and operate campaign frameworks that deliver best in class customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product teams to develop and implement plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales goals for Digital, working across the matrix to deliver and execute, with both local and corporate partners.
- Hold other teams accountable for delivering against their own targets required to achieve the regional NNARR expectations.
- Develop and maintain expertise in key customer markets, and provide insights back to Product teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences.
- Monitor and understand the competitor landscape and its impact on our digital strategy and performance.
- Maximize efficiency of demand campaigns and use segmentation to increase traffic volumes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with worldwide peers and stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of programs and the impact of operational strategies.
- Look for ways to both bring and share best-practice to constantly improve the execution of our business.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You are tenacious and resilient – you have experience of owning a sales number and holding others to account to deliver it.
- You are an effective communicator, with ability to flex styles dependent on the audience. Story-telling and articulation of complex data sets will be a must.
- You are an expert in building and maintaining strong relationship across a corporate, matrix organisation.
- Have extensive E-commerce experience with international business background and superb ability to work with complex sets of data.
- You also have experience in digital trading within the context of consumer sales.
- In order to drive sales, a full understanding of – and ability to influence Brand, Demand Gen, Campaign, and audience segmentation and cross-visit targeting for acquisition – as well as retention, is critical to the long-term success.
- As client is a matrix organization – the ability to work across teams and bring cross-functional teams together is essential.
- This critical role requires outstanding commercial acumen and communication/influencing skills. Having high EQ is essential in client, as well as the drive and hunger for change.
