The Syndication Engagement Analyst will be responsible for supporting our engagement function, ensuring the success and satisfaction of third-party partners while driving execution on priority deliverables across the engagement team. Your primary objective will be to support the execution of our engagement strategy with our third-party partners. A successful engagement analyst will collaborate across functions to support delivery of partner facing materials including reports, ways of working and process documentation, and product information while driving delivery of strategic internal programs and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute on solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives
- Facilitate team standups to ensure momentum on in-progress workstreams
- Analyze cross functional engagement touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities and increase collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams and syndication partners to prepare reports to track progress across engagement focus areas
- Perform data analysis to derive key insights from cross functional engagement initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams on tooling and leverage and improve existing processes
- Support Engagement Leads with tactical execution of responsibilities and provide burst capacity when necessary
- Engage in retrospectives between business units and Partners, supporting the Customer Success Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and drive adoption and support for new processes, ensuring successful implementation and sustainability
- Collaborate with engagement team to achieve team goals and contribute to company growth
- Gain knowledge on the products and services we provide to understand partner requests and identify stakeholders required to support from the intake stage through triage and assignment
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in media and entertainment, process improvement, and syndication or wholesale business
- Build good working relationships with both internal GS teams and partners
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technology, engineering, or media company supporting customer engagement or relationship management activities
- Can do attitude; proactive to ensure partner requests are documented, tracked, and processes are followed
- Experience in understanding business requirements for media or technology related features
- Experience with data analysis, synthesizing various data sets, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Program or project management experience in a technology, engineering, or media company delivering complex, multi-workstream programs
- Strategic and pragmatic with excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
- Good understanding of the global media landscape, and technology's influence
- Strong character exhibiting company core values: Integrity, Creativity, Teamwork, Pioneering Spirit, and Ownership
- Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent
- Previous experience working with remote delivery teams, including third parties and international experience a considerable plus
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart and Airtable
