Location: London β 3 days a week (PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)
- Drive HR transformation initiatives across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation modules.
- Ensure scalable, compliant solutions aligned to UK regulatory and Higher Education requirements.
- Provide leadership across implementation lifecycle, including design, integration, data migration, and team mentoring.
