- Value-Driven Analysis: Validate asks by analysing data and stakeholder pain points to ensure features deliver measurable value to our people & our platform.
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal squads (e.g., Design Squad, Product Owners) and the wider Data Department.
- Scope Integrity: Maintain integrity of scope the initiative that you are assigned to throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively managing changes and dependencies.
- Leadership Communication: Own initiative-level scope outputs, presenting business and technical value, risks, and constraints to leadership teams. Act as the recognised ‘Go-To’ person for end-to-end scope.
