Job Type: Full-time contract, Until 31/05/2027

Summary:

  • Under direct supervision learns to operate logging-while-drilling and directional drilling tool(s) and services as assigned.
  • Must be able to read well plan, execute directional drilling and to perform basic maintenance at the wellsite.
  • Performs all required responsibilities safely and as described in work instructions.
  • Executes other related duties as assigned by the supervisors.
  • Conducts all business activities in accordance with Client HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Client Core Values.
  • Must complete all training and development programs required.

Responsibilities:

  • Have an understanding of measurement/logging whilst drilling fundamentals such as mud pulse telemetry.
  • Have an understanding of the Client MWD and or LWD tool suite.
  • Have an understanding of Client directional drilling tools.
  • Be a fantastic communicator and team player.
  • Be able to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required:

  • Hold a technical degree.
  • Industry experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills; excellent customer awareness.
  • Ability to relate to well site personnel at all levels, be a strong team member, and demonstrate leadership capability.
