We're looking for a University Recruiting Project Specialist to support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting the next generation of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate campus recruitment events, career fairs, and interview days (virtual & onsite)
- Partner with University Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver seamless recruitment operations
- Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment systems, and maintain data integrity
- Support recruitment logistics, travel, vendor management, and event planning
- Track budgets, process invoices, and generate recruitment reports
- Build strong relationships with universities, career centres, student organisations, and internal stakeholders
- Promote the employer brand through recruitment campaigns and campus initiatives
We're Looking For:
- Experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, or University Recruiting
- Strong Event Coordination and Candidate Management experience
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process excellence
- Experience with financial tracking, reporting, and recruitment systems is highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree required
