Responsibilities

  • The role requires strong expertise in ETL concepts and hands-on experience in data testing, with the ability to work as an individual contributor.
  • Mandatory Skillset
  • ETL/Data Testing
  • Data validation and reconciliation
  • SQL and database testing
  • Data warehousing concepts
  • Automation testing experience as an added skill
  • Highly Valued Skills
  • Experience working with Databricks Notebooks for exploratory testing and validation
  • Familiarity with Databricks platform and workflows
  • Knowledge of data pipeline validation and ETL testing
  • Experience in Cloud testing, with preference for AWS
  • Proficiency in Spark SQL for validating data across distributed systems (not traditional RDBMS SQL)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
  • Understanding of data quality frameworks and validation techniques
