We’re hiring an Event Planner to support the delivery of virtual and on-site conferences across the UK and internationally. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in event coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Location: Egham, UK (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)

Duration: Contract until 31st December 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event registration processes end-to-end
  • Support delivery of virtual events (Zoom/Webex) and onsite conferences
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist with international event logistics and operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve attendee experience and processes
  • Occasional travel to event locations including London, Germany, Sweden, France, Italy, and the Middle East

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in event planning / conference support
  • Experience with virtual event platforms (Zoom, Webex) preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be local to Egham (1 day onsite required)
  • Must be open to international travel (valid passport required)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
