High Level Business Objective For The Initiatives:
This project establishes the organizational, technical, and governance foundation required to run Observability as an EMEA wide capability. It sets up the Observability Center of Excellence (CoE), defines operating models, and introduces standardized practices for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting. The project ensures the core observability toolset—Splunk, Dynatrace, and Moogsoft—is fully prepared, integrated, and governed as a unified enterprise platform. By creating the “rails” for observability—standards, governance, tooling readiness, operational owners, and cross domain guidance—the organization gains a consistent and scalable model for monitoring critical applications. This foundation enables improved system reliability, faster incident detection, and the ability to measure operational health across the enterprise. It provides the centralized leadership and technical backbone necessary for a successful multi year observability rollout.
