We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join a major infrastructure programme and play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of engineering and infrastructure programmes
- Conduct and contribute to technical design reviews, ensuring robust and compliant engineering solutions
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive project objectives and successful outcomes
- Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable safety, quality, and governance standards
- Support engineering assurance, configuration management, and design governance processes
- Identify and mitigate technical and programme risks
- Essential Experience
- Significant experience delivering engineering or infrastructure programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience leading and participating in technical design reviews
- Solid understanding of engineering governance, assurance processes, and regulatory compliance
- Experience working within highly regulated environments
- Desirable Experience
