We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join a major infrastructure programme and play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and support the delivery of engineering and infrastructure programmes
    • Conduct and contribute to technical design reviews, ensuring robust and compliant engineering solutions
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive project objectives and successful outcomes
    • Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable safety, quality, and governance standards
    • Support engineering assurance, configuration management, and design governance processes
    • Identify and mitigate technical and programme risks
  • Essential Experience
    • Significant experience delivering engineering or infrastructure programmes
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Proven experience leading and participating in technical design reviews
    • Solid understanding of engineering governance, assurance processes, and regulatory compliance
    • Experience working within highly regulated environments
  • Desirable Experience
    • Background in construction, utilities, infrastructure, or major capital projects
    • Experience with engineering governance, design assurance, and configuration management
    • Exposure to high-hazard or safety-critical industries
    • Civil Engineering qualification or relevant engineering degree
