International Benefits Lead (Contractor)

Remote , UK (Occasional Visits to office when required)

12 months Contract

As an International Benefits Lead on temporary assignment, you will drive the strategy and execution of global benefits programs outside the US. You’ll partner closely with brokers, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, business-aligned benefits for Employees worldwide as we continue to grow and expand our global footprint.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the design, implementation and management of benefits programs outside the US to attract and retain top talent in diverse markets
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance and cost-effectiveness in all regions
  • Oversee end-to-end benefits administration, including file feeds, new hire enrollments, terminations and leave of absence processes, partnering on solutions with People Tech
  • Analyze benefits data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and guide decision-making
  • Act as a primary point of contact for global employee benefits issues, providing guidance, troubleshooting and communication templates for regional programs
  • Manage major projects and initiatives to enhance benefits delivery and efficiency, meeting key milestones and timelines
  • Ensure global benefits programs adhere to legal, regulatory and policy requirements, and address compliance gaps if they arise

  • Demonstrated resilience and maturity managing change, competing priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in fostering effective stakeholder relationships across cultures and time zones
  • Skilled in managing complex projects from planning to implementation
  • Experience in supporting or leading benefits administration processes and technology integrations
