This role will have first-hand exposure to how the benefit COE team makes this philosophy come alive by supporting our benefits programs across EMEA and will report into the Director, Benefits EMEA & LATAM.
- 5 years + experience in Benefits

- Ability to manage various stakeholders such as ERC, payroll, communications and vendors

As this role is covering a maternity leave we require an experienced Benefits professional who is comfortable leading insured benefit renewals in the region and acting as a daily point of contact with our benefits platform provider and our payroll team.
Details of the role are:
- Benefits System Process: Daily maintenance of clients Benefits, supporting Program Managers with system requirements and change requests. This includes Health, Retirement, Protection, Time Off/LOA and Perk benefits.
- Benefits Insurance Renewals: Leading the process of our annual insured benefit renewals across EMEA compromising 23 countries working with our Program Managers.
- Time Off & Leave: Serve as a primary escalation point, providing ongoing support to the ERC team. Collaborate closely with the Tech Ops team, including defining requirements, participating in UAT, and providing final sign-off. Review and assess the applicability of new legislation.
- Employee Experience: Answer, organise or escalate benefits queries from managers and employees that cannot be answered by our outsourcing support team (Darwin) or ERC.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in benefits program delivery including implementation and process improvement across all benefit and time off and leave programs.
- Special Projects: In partnership with Senior Program Managers, help drive or support various special ad hoc projects.
