Project overview: The CRM project aims to introduce a new Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to replace the current manual processes. We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to build the Alpha version for two key business areas. Once the Alpha phase is approved, we will move into the beta phase to develop the production‑ready CRM.
