Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract (Mat cover)

Max. Budget: ÂŁ73k per annum + paid holidays + pension or ÂŁ380 per day Inside IR35

What you’ll do:

  • Drive Community strategy for Creative Professionals across the UK and Germany, partnering with EMEA program leads (content, events, ambassadors, VIP programs) to ensure strong alignment and supported execution.
  • Partner and establish strong working processes across our Community Marketing team as well as EMEA PMMs, Customer Marketing and Social in region.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, community best practices and support the team with an understanding of customer needs, partnering closely with Research & Insights team.
  • Community Events: Collaborate with UK Event Manager to align events to audience and product milestones, ensuring event strategy and formats align to broader community marketing goals.
  • Community content: Partner with Global Community Marketing team (Content) to drive EMEA content strategy and align program execution in region. Monitor content roll-out in collaboration with EMEA Content Manager and own monthly reporting at a regional level. Ensure regular reporting to EMEA stakeholders. Partner with Global teams to define EMEA Ambassador strategy and define country prioritisation. Continuously drive and research ambassador best practices in the UK and Germany. Act as a voice of the customer/ambassador by representing ambassador programs internally and leading monthly “meet the ambassador” sessions, educating stakeholders. Continuously expand the program by identifying new talent, with support of local UK intern. Ensure program talent is being leveraged by Marketing programs and online opportunities (e.g. event speakers, in-person workshops, content amplification, press).
  • Social: Lead collaboration with social team, identifying opportunities for amplification across community content, and representation of key community leaders.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong communicator who can navigate complex organisations, excellent leadership, networking, and project management skills.
  • Experimentation mindset: Comfortable proactively testing new formats, platforms, and engagement models, and iterating quickly based on results.
  • Strong understanding of community programs and the creative community.
  • Feedback synthesis & insight translation: Ability to turn community feedback into actionable insights for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to work independently across large internal and international teams as well as with partner organisations in the community.
  • Cultural fluency: deep sensitivity to global, regional, and cultural context.
  • Operational excellence & scalability: Comfortable building processes, playbooks, and toolkits that allow communities to scale sustainably.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing/community building.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a design field relevant to any of the creative communities preferred.
