We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a consulting team delivering the organizational design of a global Legal, Governance, Risk & Compliance (LGRC) function for a leading multinational tobacco company. This role will complement an established consulting team by providing deep industry and functional expertise to ensure the target operating model is best-in-class, future-fit, and transformative.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the senior SME across LGRC domains, shaping the target operating model (TOM) and organisational design.
- Provide industry-leading insight and challenge to ensure the design reflects best practice within highly regulated, complex environments.
- Advise on functional structure, capability requirements, governance frameworks, and operating processes.
- Ensure integration across key areas including Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Governance.
- Support the development of scalable, technology-enabled and forward-looking LGRC capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and consulting teams in a workshop-led environment to embed practical, implementable solutions.
- Bring an external perspective on emerging regulatory trends, enforcement expectations, and global compliance standards.
