Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LabWare Business Analyst with a strong background in pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of LabWare LIMS functionalities. This role requires expertise in LabWare-SAP integration, LOT management, stability management, environmental monitoring, and data migration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for LabWare LIMS.
  • LabWare Expertise
    • Deep understanding of LabWare Pharma data structures and underlying configuration.
    • Support design and implementation of LabWare-SAP interfaces for seamless data exchange.
    • Configure and validate workflows for LOT management, stability studies, and environmental monitoring.
  • Data Migration Strategy
    • Develop and execute data migration plans for legacy systems to LabWare LIMS.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance during migration.
    • Provide guidance on data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Knowledge Retention & Documentation
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
    • Act as a knowledge hub for LabWare LIMS and related integrations.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, IT, and business units.
    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
