Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Boomi Integration Developer/Boomi SME to design, develop, support, and maintain integration solutions using the Boomi Integration Platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Boomi Atom Sphere, connector configuration, integration design, troubleshooting, and support of both existing and new integrations.
- This role requires the ability to work with multiple business-critical integrations, support connector-based integration flows, monitor and troubleshoot production issues, and leverage Boomi's low-code development interface to deliver scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using the Boomi Atom Sphere platform.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations while delivering new integration solutions to support evolving business requirements.
- Configure and support Boomi connectors across enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
- Support integrations across business-critical application areas, including time management, Salesforce, user access synchronisation, digital documentation, and other operational integration flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration failures, connector configuration, data flows, mappings, access, and connectivity.
- Analyse Boomi logs, audit reports, error reports, and email alerts to identify and resolve integration issues.
- Support Boomi deployments across development, test, QA, and production environments.
- Administration and maintenance of DEV, QA and PROD environments
- Contribute to integration documentation, knowledge transfer, support procedures, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Boomi Development: Proven experience developing, maintaining, deploying, and supporting integrations using the Boomi platform.
- Boomi Integration Support: Strong experience supporting existing integrations, troubleshooting failures, and resolving production issues.
- Connector Configuration and Support: Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Boomi connectors for multiple systems and applications.
- Low-Code Development: Practical experience using Boomi's low-code interface to build and support integration processes efficiently.
- Integration Design: Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, orchestration, scheduling, and error handling.
- Monitoring and Error Handling: Experience working with integration monitoring, log analysis, alerts, audit reports, and error reports.
- Cloud/Infrastructure Awareness: Experience or familiarity with integrations hosted on Azure VMs or similar cloud-based infrastructure.
- Incident and Change Management: Experience supporting integrations within an ITIL-aligned operational environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain integration issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
