The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

You will collaborate closely with a team comprising data scientists, data engineers, product developers, and analytics-focused consultants.

As a data savvy Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions and be responsible for understanding business objectives and requirements, and work with both business stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement effective solutions, and generate new types of insights. By doing so you will help bring advanced analytics capabilities into one of flagship products, named \”Wave\”, and your work will contribute to adapt the way runs Transformations, leveraging data science assets, to improve the odds of success for our clients.

In this role, you will be typically involved in following tasks:

● Data exploration: you will contribute to improve quantity and quality of the data we collect, collaborating closely with our team of data engineers and supporting the design of new analyses with our data scientists

● Creation of key business metrics: you will analyze data and collaborate with stakeholders to create new insights leveraging the latest and greatest data from our data set, including the recent outputs of our LLM classifying system.

Qualifications

● Bachelor\’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous. Advanced degree is a strong plus

● Relevant work experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or a related field may be preferred

● Strong data translation and presentation skills, able to clearly and effectively communicate complex analytical content will be required in this role

● Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys

● Ability to adapt and learn quickly, keeping up with technological advancements and industry best practices

● Solid problem solving and experience with data analysis, data modeling, and SQL queries to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

● Excellent documentation and report writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendation

● Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and software applications commonly used in the industry. Exposure to tools like Excel, Snowflake and Tableau is a plus
