We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Producer to join the UK consumer marketing team for a 10 month contract. The Brand Partnerships function aims to partner with brands that resonate with our audience in interesting ways that will drive buzz and conversation around Client. The function is only 6 months old in the UK but we’ve already launched two wallpapers, a music video, a calendar with a well known bakery and soon we will be launching a nationwide partnership with a large high-street retailer. As you can see, no two partnerships are the same so you will be challenged in producing different types of partnerships. Depending on the partnership this could include leading the experiential production of partnership or project managing the development of a new product.
You’ll work in the UK consumer marketing team but with a need to work cross functionally. To be successful in this role, you’ll be a doer, thinker, and innovator who thrives in a fast-paced and positive environment. You will be part of a small team with large ambitions.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver: Lead the planning and production of brand partnerships and experiences. Create critical paths, workback plans and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Management: Manage, develop and lead the relationship with any contracted creative agency, keeping them accountable to internal and external deadlines and requirements, whilst also being a creative guardian, ensuring our experience is on-brand.
- Quality: Ensure that production solutions are sound and high quality execution is maintained throughout.
- Organise: Lead logistics and operations related to brand partnerships. Own meeting agendas & notes.
- Collaborate: Work with XFN teams to deliver assets needed to launch partner campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years of creative, experiential, in-house or agency experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration and prioritisation skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Creativity: Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Detail-oriented: Obsessed with details and a keen problem-solver.
- Organized: Able to create impeccable critical paths and drive schedules, budgets, scoping documents, briefings and deliverables.
- Fast-paced: Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Google Workspace: Familiarity with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets are a plus.
