About the Role
Weβre looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Benefits Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our global benefits programs. You will handle Tier 2 employee queries, work with our Business Systems team to build and maintain benefits and absence plans in Workday, support payroll preparation, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone with strong project management skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for Benefits & HR Tech.
What Youβll Do
- Project Management β Lead benefits-related initiatives in partnership with the Core Benefits team.
- Workday Benefits & Absence β Work with our Business Systems team to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot absence plans and benefits programs.
- Payroll Preparation β Ensure accurate benefit deductions, reporting, and data flow to payroll.
- Employee Support β Handle Tier 2 benefits queries, resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Process Improvement β Streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency.
- Vendor & Financial Ops β Manage benefits procurement, POs, invoices, and vendor relationships.
- Compliance & Administration β Ensure global benefits align with local regulations and company policies.
