We're seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager to lead quality assurance activities across major engineering projects within the Oil & Gas/Energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project quality activities throughout the full project lifecycle
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Coordinate quality reviews, audits, supplier surveillance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and site teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, risk management, and quality reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in Project Quality or Quality Management within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API, ASME, and quality management practices
- Experience with fabrication, assembly, construction, and ideally subsea/deepwater projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
