Location: Reading/Shoreditch (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract initially
Role Description:
What You Will Do:
- Data Entry and Management
- Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms
- Customer and Account Research
- Conduct thorough research on contacts within our target accounts using online resources (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo)
- Identify key decision-makers and personas within our accounts which will support the SDR team and marketing for targeting
- Find relevant company information for our accounts such as industry, number of employees, turnover
- CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Utilize CRM tools to input the data gathered during research and contact information gathering
- Utilise reports and dashboards to monitor performance
- Lead Generation Support
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach (Google, company websites)
- Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting and connecting with potential customers
- Assist with building and maintaining targeted prospect lists
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Assist in building intelligence for the sales team
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Identify target contacts for marketing
- Learn and utilize Zoominfo to gain customer contact information
- Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Assist in initial outreach via email or phone
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude
