We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Documentation professional to support manufacturing and quality operations within a fast-paced engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a newly created role, with full training and system access provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, review, and assemble Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) for refurbished, repaired, and newly built equipment
  • Ensure full material traceability and documentation accuracy
  • Maintain quality records in line with compliance and company standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital documentation processes
  • Assist with audits, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and document control activities
  • Support manufacturing and quality teams with documentation requirements
  • Manage scanning, filing, and secure storage of quality documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or documentation roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience working with quality documentation and traceability records
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and RCA methodologies
  • Experience with digital document management systems preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
