Experience supporting business readiness and adoption initiatives. Knowledge of stakeholder analysis and engagement methodologies. Experience operating within programme delivery environments. Content Development Excellent written communication skills. Ability to translate complex programme information into clear, compelling messages. Experience producing communications for audiences at all organisational levels. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Stakeholder Management Ability to engage effectively with: Senior leaders; Business managers; SMEs; Project teams; Corporate Communications teams; End-user communities; Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Desirable Experience SAP S/4HANA transformation experience. Experience within large ERP implementation programmes. Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
